What's been happening...

During the break and this last week I've been focused on my documentary. Also, I have been filming and editing some side projections. I've come to the conclusion that I really enjoy film making. It combines my passion for writing creative pieces and storytelling and an artistic visual outlet to enhance my work. I don't think I'll change majors, education will always be my number one interest. However film seems to be a hobby and a way for me to express myself artistically.

I've also been planning some volunteer work for this spring/summer. This year I will be able to participate in A.S.B. in Biloxi, Mississippi. It will be a great experience to go down there and join forces with Habitat for Humanity. I will also be filming with my buddies and working on a piece we will show at our bi-annual showcase.

Outside of these items, I've been trying to relax and get rest.
